Shipping Cut-Off Time:
- While most orders placed before 2:30pm PST meet the cut-off for 1 business day delivery, our official cut-off time for 1 business day delivery on web orders is 1:30pm PST. If you have concerns, please contact customer service
- Although orders placed before 1:30 pm will be forwarded to our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, and others), we are unable to guarantee a one-business-day delivery time because of potential unanticipated events (described in the sections below).
Free Shipping Policies:
- The The Estimated Time of Arrival does not guarantee the order will arrive on the specified date. If guaranteed shipping is needed, please contact Customer Service for a request.
- Additional delivery days can be necessary for service to some rural locations.
- The customer should anticipate delays and a new delivery date if the delivery effort fails on or before the estimated time of arrival.
- Freight – Depending on the size and fragility of the contents, the order may be shipped either small parcel or freight.
Customer Paid Guarantee:
- The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date due to an unforeseeable condition beyond our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, scheduled special events, severe winter storm, or incorrect delivery scanning.
- Our delivery promise is met if a delivery attempt is made on or before the specified delivery date.
- Our delivery promise is met if the carrier offers a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date.

How long will I have to wait for the Bars to arrive?
It all depends on your location. Under normal conditions, your shipment should arrive within two to three business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural area, it may take an extra day or two.
How Can You Trust Us?
We have spent years cultivating a strong reputation among medical patients and firmly believe that people who have problems buying their bars from a dispensary for a variety of reasons shouldn't be forced to buy them illegally on the streets. What happens if I don’t get my package?
If you do not receive your package two days after the scheduled arrival date, please notify us and we will initiate a trace of your package. If a trace is filed, the Post will conduct an investigation (which may take up to five business days). If they can locate the package, they will mail it to you and deliver it a few days later. If it is considered "unrecoverable" or lost in transit, we will send you a one-time replacement package worth up to $500 for free. We do not provide postage reimbursements if your order comes late due to a postal issue. This excludes packages tagged [[Delivered]] that customers did not get.
